摘　　要：目的观察A型肉毒毒素治疗面部皱纹的临床效果。方法：对以面部除皱为目的的100例患者应用A型肉毒毒素定点、定量注射治疗，其中包括颧部皱纹、鱼尾纹、 眉间皱纹、下睑纹、鼻唇沟纹。结果：100侧患者行A型肉毒毒素治疗后显效者90例（占90％），有效者10例（占10％），无效者为0例。结论：A型肉毒毒素注射治疗面部皱纹确 切有效，操作简便、易行，无痛苦，不影响工作，易于推广。Objective To observe the botufinum toxin type A treatment of facial wrinkles using the results. Methods beauty in the face for the purpose of the 100 eases of patients with Bot-ulinum Toxin Type A fixed - point, quantitative injection, the injection point uniform, facial symmetry in the distribution of muscle layer. These include the Department of the amount of wrin-kles, Yu Weiwen, glabe11a wrinkles, lower profile, nasolabial fold pattern. Results 100 cases of patients with botalinum toxin type A treatment effect were 90 cases （90%）, 10 cases were effee-tire （10%）, 0 case was nu11 and void. Conclusions A Botox in the treatment of facial wrinkles precise and effective, simple,easy,painless,non impaet,easytopromotion.
