摘　　要：目的探讨VSD治疗开放性创口的护理。方法：选择我院收治的32例给予VSD治疗的开放性创口患者，进行综合护理干预，对治疗前后生存质量进行评估。结果：治 疗后鼻者心里健康等各方面评分均显著增加（P〈0．01）。患者对护理满意率达到93．8％。结论：行VSD治疗与综合护理干预能有效改善患者的生存质量。Objective ： To explore the nursing experience of VSD negative pressure wound therapy in treatment of patients with open wounds. Methods ： 32 Cases of VSD therapy treated patients with open wounds in our hospital were given comprehensive nursing intervention including psychological nursing, diet nursing and VSD treatment of special nursing, rehabilitation nurs- ing, etc. SF - 36 was used to analyze the quality of life before and after treatment. Results： The every evaluation were significantly improved after therapy （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The nursing satisfaetion was reached to 93.8%. Conclusions： The nursing intervention of VSD negative pressure wound therapy effectively improved the open wounds patients＇ quality of life.
