摘  要:分析目前常见压力计直读测试系统优缺点的基础上,提出了一种基于低频电磁波无线传输的井下压力直读测试系统。该系统利用钻杆和地层作为井下短距离低频电磁波无线数据传输的介质,利用单芯电缆进行中继传输,实现了地面、井下数据的双向传输,达到了在地面能够实时读取井下压力温度数据的目的。通过现场作业测试,实验结果表明,在试油二关井过程中,该系统在地面能够实时读取地层的压力温度信息,并能准确回放所需时间段的地层压力温度信息,为开关井操作提供指导,节省了试油时间。该直读系统具有可以和各种常规测试阀配合使用,具有无线通讯距离长、对井下介质的适应能力强等优点,具有很好的应用前景。针对现场应用过程中可能出现的问题,以及下一步需要改进提高的方向,给出了一些建议。Based on analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of common pressure gauge direct reading test system,a kind of down-hole pressure direct reading test system based on low frequency electromagnetic wave wireless transmission is proposed. The system uses downhole drill stem and the formation as wireless transmission medium of the low frequency electromagnetic wave,uses single core cable for relay transmission to realize the two-way of data transmission from ground to down-hole,achieves the object of acquiring pressure and temperature data at real time on the surface. Through field test,the experimental results show that the system can read real-time the down-hole pressure and temperature information on the ground in the process of the second shut-in testing stage,and can accurately playback the formation pressure and temperature information at the required time period,and provides guidance for down hole operation,saving the test time. The direct reading system can be directly used with different conventional test valve,has advantages of long distance wireless communication,strong ability to adapt to the underground medium etc,and has a good application prospect. For problems occurring in the process of field application and improved direction at the next step,the author in the article also gives some advice finally.
