摘  要:针对煤矿井下电能计量不准确、电能浪费严重等问题,开发了一种基于FFT算法的矿井电能计量装置,即以C8051F310单片机为控制核心,设计了高精度交流采样电路,详细分析了FFT算法,采用二表法测量功率原理进行电能计算,通过LCD实现电能实时显示。实验结果表明,该装置采集精度高,检测电能参数全面,并通过RS-485总线与煤矿监测监控网络实现数据交互,为加强煤矿用电管理和提高能源利用率提供了有力手段。An electric energy metering device based on FFT algorithm is designed for inaccurate metering and the waste of electric energy in coal mine, which the C8051F310 micro-controller is used as the control core to perform accurate AC sampling and FFT algorithm. The principle of power measuring with two watt-meter method is employed to calculate the power, which is displayed by LCD. The experiment shows that the device has the advantages of high precision and full-scale electrical energy parameter, and could implement data interaction with the mine monitoring network by RS485 bus. This provides a powerful method to enhance electricity management and improve energy efficiency in coal mine.
