摘  要:为能把箕斗提升钩数和定量斗煤重准确累计,给煤矿提供比较可靠、真实的煤炭产量,设计了一种压磁称重定量装载系统。该系统具有定重、限重、防止超载的功能,能确保安全提升,最大限度地降低或避免因超载提升带来的各种事故或故障;能自动控制给煤机和带式输送机的启、停,自动控制定量斗闸门开、闭;能检测提升电流大小并有超限报警和保护。该称重装载系统在井上机车房遥控井下分机的运行,实现了无人值守。In order to correct accumulate the skip hoist and quantitative coal weight, provides the reliable and real production quantity for coal mine, designs one piezomagnetic weighting quantitative loading system. This system has the functions of weight identified, weight limitation, anti-overloading, which ensures the safety hoist and max reduce or avoid the accidents or faults because of overloading. This system can automatically control the start/ stop of feeder or belt conveyor, auto-control the open/ close of quantitative lift gate and also can test the hoist current with alarming and protection function. This weighting loading system remote controls the underground substations' operation in ground locomotive house, which realizes the unattended station.
