摘　　要：氧气作为一种高效的强氧化剂在冶金行业生产中被广泛使用。相对氧气的危险性质,对氧气输送设备管线投运前的净化处理显得极为重要。八钢COREX炉是新型的炼铁系统,采用的是纯度≥98%的氧气作为主要冶炼能源。冶炼生产的连续性工艺,要求氧气介质能够稳定长距离高压输送。文章介绍了八钢COREX炉使用的大管径、长距离输送氧气的管道清洁工程实践。Oxygen as a kind of high efficient strong oxidizer is widely used in metallurgical industry production . be- cause the risk of oxygen properties, It is very important to purging and treatment the oxygen transport equipment t before the line running. The COREX of Bayi Steel is a new type of furnace ironmaking system using oxygen purity of 98% or more as the main smelting energy. Continued operations of corex process required oxygen medium can be stable over long distances and high-voltage transmission. In this paper, the ultra-long and ultra-large-diameter oxygen pipeline cleaning engineering practice process was introduced.
