摘 要:为深入分析外在水分对煤自燃的影响,预防煤自燃,应用理论分析的方法,建立水分润湿煤体过程对煤自燃影响的热平衡模型。将所建模型应用于宣东2号煤矿Ⅲ3煤层。研究结果表明,在适宜蓄热供氧的通风条件下,若煤刚好被饱和润湿,放出的润湿热不使煤升温的前提是煤的饱和含水率与水分蒸发率满足反比例关系;润湿热促进煤自燃存在一个能使煤升温的含水率范围,其上限是煤刚好被饱和润湿放出最大热量时的含水率,下限是水分蒸发使饱和含水煤的含水量下降到热平衡点时的含水率;潮湿闷热环境促进煤自燃。In order to deeply understand the influence of moisture adsorption on spontaneous combustion of coal and prevent the accidents caused by it,a thermal equilibrium model was built theoretically to analyze heat of wetting effect on spontaneous combustion of coal. Then this theoretical model was applied to study self-heating behavior of coal seam Ⅲ3 in Xuandong No. 2 coal mine. The results indicate that under a condition favorable for heat storage and sufficient oxygen supply,when coal is just fully wetted,the heat of wetting generated cannot make temperature of coal rise if saturated moisture content of coal is inversely proportional to rate of water evaporation,that there is a moisture content range in which heat of wetting could increase the temperature of coal and promote the self-heating,the upper limit of range is determined when coal is just fully wetted and maximum of heat is released,and the lower limit is determined when moisture content of coal decreases to point of heat balance by water evaporation,and that humid and hot environment is helpful for self-ignition of coal.
