摘 要:分析研究了5052铝合金板材在宽度方向上的微观组织、化合物相分布和力学性能的均匀性。对比板材的边部和心部可以发现:板材边部的微观组织更多的是变形组织,而心部则是再结晶组织,因为微观组织的差异,板材边部的屈服强度和抗拉强度比板材心部分别高了25.15%和9.65%,延伸率降低了21.54%。宽度方向上的温度差异没有影响到化合物相的形态及分布,板材的边部和心部都观察到了三种弥散的化合物相。控制微观组织的演化对于板材宽度方向上的均匀性更加重要。The microstructure and mechanical property in width direction of 5052 aluminum alloy sheet was investigated. The experimental results showed that deformation microstructure was retained in the edge region of the 5052 aluminum alloy sheet while recrystallized structure occurred in the central region, which resulted in yield strength and tensile strength of the edge region of the 5052 aluminum alloy sheet was higher than that in the central region by 25.15% and 9.65% respectively. In contrast, the elongation was reduced by 21.54%. The difference of temperature along the width direction of the sheet had negligible effect on the distribution and shape of the precipitated phase. The three kinds of precipitated phases could be observed in the edge region and cener region of the 5052 aluminum alloy sheet. It is more valuable to control the evolution of microstructure for the homogeneity along the width direction of 5052 aluminum alloy sheet.
