摘　　要：在市场经济和文化发展进程中,学习雷锋活动受到了多元文化、社会风气、形式主义、道德下滑等因素的影响,陷入了多重困境当中。针对这一现象,提出应加强长效机制研究,通过加深雷锋精神的认识、完善制度和保障体系建设、加强正面宣传和舆论引导、树立当代榜样、弘扬社会主义核心价值体系等策略来激活学习雷锋活动的内生动力,促进活动良性发展。In the process of market economy and cultural development, the activities of learning from Lei Feng run into predicament because of the influence of different cultures, social values, formalism, the decline of moral standard and other factors. To cope with the problem, the paper proposes that we should further the researches on the long-term mechanism, deepen our under-standing of Lei Feng＆#39;s spirit, construct and perfect the social safeguard system, strengthen posi-tive publicity and the guidance of public opinion, set contemporary examples and uphold social-ist core value system so as to activate the endogenous power of learning from Lei Feng and pro-mote the benign development of the activities.
