摘 要:化工罐区在发生多源泄漏事故后容易引发连锁事故,造成事故的扩大化。为了掌握重气多源泄漏扩散与重气单源泄漏扩散的关系,开展了重气多源泄漏扩散试验,对卧式罐区的重气多源泄漏扩散规律进行了研究。结果表明:重气多源泄漏扩散时的空间浓度分布与总泄漏流量相等的重气单源泄漏扩散时的空间浓度分布规律一致;多源泄漏扩散条件下泄漏源周边区域的重气体积分数比单源泄漏扩散下该区域的重气体积分数仅高5%,而泄漏源相邻区域的重气多源泄漏扩散比重气单源泄漏扩散的重气体积分数高约15%;重气多源泄漏扩散时空间各点的重气浓度与各泄漏源单独泄漏扩散时对应位置的重气体积分数的加和基本一致,重气体积分数相差小于5%。该研究成果可指导化工罐区事故预防措施和应急方案的制定,从而提高化工企业安全生产水平。A chain accident happens easily after the accident of multi-source leakage in chemical tank farm,which will magnify the accident.The study on the regularity of multi-source leaking diffusion is of great significance to accident prevention and emergency rescue.This paper adopts the model test to study the regularity of the multi-source leaking diffusion of heavy gas in horizontal tank farm.The results show that the concentration distribution regularity of the multi-source leaking diffusion of heavy gas is basically the same with the single-source leaking diffusion of heavy gas while the total leakage flows are equal.The volume fraction of the multi-source leaking diffusion of heavy gas is only 5% higher than the volume fraction of single-source leaking diffusion of heavy gas in the surrounding area of leakage source.But the volume fraction of multi-source leaking diffusion of heavy gas in the adjacent area of leakage source is about 15%higher than the volume fraction of single-source leaking diffusion of heavy gas.Heavy gas concentration at the space point of multi-source leaking diffusion is basically the same with the sum of heavy gas concentrations in corresponding positions of each single-source leaking diffusion.The difference of heavy gas volume fraction is less than 5%.The research results can guide the development of the accident prevention measures and emergency programs in chemical tank farm,thus will be helpful to improve the safety production levels of chemical industry.
