当归补血汤对中晚期肺癌化疗后免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨当归补血汤对中晚期肺癌患者化疗后免疫功能的影响。方法:选择120例肺癌患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例,两组患者均接受NP方案化疗,治疗组在此基础上加用当归补血汤,对比治疗后两组白细胞、血小板、T细胞水平以及免疫球蛋白水平。结果:治疗组治疗后白细胞、血小板、免疫球蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后T细胞亚群与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当归补血汤对中晚期肺癌化疗患者的免疫功能有着明显的调节作用,能够有效增强化疗患者的免疫功能,对癌症的治疗有积极的影响。Objective：To investigate the effect of Danggui Buxue soup on immune function of postchemotherapy lung cancer in advanced stage. Methods ：120 cases patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and observation group,60 cases in each group. Both two groups were accepted NP chemotherapy. The treatment group was given additional Danggni Buxue soup. Compared the white blood cells, platelets, T cell and immunoglobulin levels of two groups after treatment. Results：The hematology indexes of control group were significantly lower than before the treatment. The hematology indexes of treatment group were higher than that of control group. The differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared the T cell subgroup of treatment group after treatment with control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Show that the body＇s immune function declined after chemotherapy, and combined with Danggui Buxue soup can significantly adjust the patient＇s white blood cells ,platelets ,T cells and immune globulin level and has a positive role in promoting the immune function of patients recovery. Conclusion ： Danggui Buxue soup has obvious adjustment for im- mune function of patients with postchemotherapy lung cancer in advanced stage. It can effectively enhance the body＇s immune function in patients with chemotherapy and has a positive effect in the treatment of cancer,worth popularizing used in clinic.
