生脉饮治疗气阴两虚型肺结核并多汗症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察生脉饮治疗气阴两虚型肺结核并多汗症的临床疗效。方法:40例肺结核患者随机平均分为两组。治疗组20例,在常规抗结核治疗基础上给予生脉饮口服液,每次10 mL,每日3次,口服。对照组20例,在常规抗结核治疗基础上给予谷维素,每次30 mg,每日3次,口服。30 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果:两组临床疗效比较:治疗组治愈率为60.0%,对照组治愈率为30.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺部病灶变化比较:治疗组有效率为75.0%,对照组有效率为65.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。痰菌阴转比较:治疗组阴转率68.8%,对照阴转率64.3%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:生脉饮治疗气阴两虚型肺结核并多汗症临床疗效较好。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengmai Yin in treating pulmonary tuberculosis with hyperhidrosis of type of deficiency of both QI and YIN. Methods：40 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and treatment group,20 cases in each group. The treatment group was given routine anti-tuberculosis treatment combined with Shengmai Yin,10 mL each time,three times a day. The control group was given routine anti-tuberculosis treatment combined with Oryzanol,30 mg each time,3 times a day. 30 days as a period of treatment,then observe the curative effect after 1 course. Results：Compared the clinical curative effect of two groups,the cure rate was 60. 0% in treatment group and 30. 0% in control group. Compared the cure rate of two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Pulmonary lesions changes：the effective rate was 75. 0% in treatment group and 65. 0% in control group. Compared of two groups,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05 ）. Phlegm germ changed comparison：the Yin turn rate was 68. 8% in treatment group and 64. 3% in control group. Compared of two groups,there was no statistically significant difference（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion：Shengmai Yin in treating pulmonary tuberculosis with hyperhidrosis of type of deficiency of both QI and YIN has better clinical curative effect.
