健脾养阴化瘀祛痰法治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾养阴化瘀祛痰法治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将60例糖尿病合并脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予健脾养阴、化瘀祛痰之健脾通络汤,观察两组疗效及不良反应。4周为1个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为73.33%,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾养阴化瘀祛痰法治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死,能明显减轻躯体不适症状,疗效稳定,安全可靠。Objective：Study the spleen Yin blood expectorant method for the treatment of diabetic cerebral infarction clinical curative effect. Methods：60 patients with diabetic cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in the control group given conventional treatment,the treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment to spleen Yin,blood expecto-ranting spleen t2dm soup,to observe the curative effect and adverse reaction in both groups. 4 weeks for 1 course of treatment. Results：the treatment group effective rate was 93. 33%,the control group was 73. 33%,the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group,difference has statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：spleen Yin treated diabetic cerebral infarction,expectorant method can significantly reduce the body symptoms,curative effect is stable,safe and reliable.
