高效液相色谱法测定康肾口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立康肾口服液中淫羊藿苷含量的测定方法。方法：采用Diamonsil C18（4.6×150 mm，5μm）色谱柱；以乙腈-水（26：74）为流动相；流速：1.0 mL·；min-1；进样体积：10μL，检测波长：270 nm。结果：淫羊藿苷在10～50 mg·；L-1内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9995），平均加样回收率为99.91%，RSD 为1.01%（n=6）。结论：该法准确，简便，快速，灵敏度高，重复性好，适用于康肾口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量测定。Objective：To establish a method for determination of the content of icariin in Shenkang oral liquid. Methods：Use Diamonsil C18 （4.6 × 150 mm,5 μm） column;acetonitrile-water （26 ： 74）as mobile phase;flow rate：l mL ·min-1 ;injection volume：10 p·L,de- tection wavelength ：270 nm. Results ： Icariin showed a good linear relationship in the 10 - 50 μg · mL- 1 （ r = 0. 9995 ）, the average re- covery was 99.91%, RSD was 1.01% （ n = 6）. Conclusion ： This method is accurate, simple, rapid with high sensitivity and good repeat- ability, suitable for the determination of icariin in Shenkang oral liquid.
