茵黄利胆颗粒中大黄、茵陈的薄层色谱鉴别

摘　　要：目的:建立和完善茵黄利胆颗粒的薄层色谱鉴别方法,为茵黄利胆颗粒质量控制提供依据。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别茵黄利胆颗粒中的大黄、茵陈。结果:各斑点之间的分离良好,阴性对照基本无干扰。结论:该方法操作简单,重现性好,可作为控制该制剂的质量指标。Objective：To establish and perfect TLC identification method of Yinhuang Lidan Granule so as to provide evidence for the quality control. Methods：Identify the Dahuang and Yin by thin-layer chromatography（ TLC）method. Results：The characteristics of two medicinal materials spots were identified on TLC while no such blank spots in the control chromatography. Conclusion：This method is simple and sensitive with good reproducibility,which can be used to control the quality of Yinhuang Lidan Granule.
