中西医结合治疗药物流产后子宫出血临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗药物流产后子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:将72例药物流产后子宫出血的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组36例。对照组采用安宫黄体酮;治疗组采用安宫黄体酮与中药方剂。结果:对照组子宫出血彻底消失时间为(5.82±1.36)d,治疗组子宫出血彻底消失时间为(3.17±0.85)d,对照组药物治疗总时间为(10.74±1.72)d,治疗组药物治疗总时间为(7.31±1.48)d,治疗组子宫出血表现彻底消失时间和药物治疗总时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为69.5%,治疗组有效率为91.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组药物原因导致的不良反应发生率为2.8%,对照组不良反应发生率为22.2%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗药物流产后子宫出血临床疗效明显。Objective：Explore the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of uterine bleeding after medical abor-tion. Methods：72 patients with uterine bleeding after medical abortion were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,36 cases in each group. For the control group use provera;The treatment group with provera with Chinese medicine prescriptions. Results：control group in uterine bleeding completely disappear for d（5. 82 ± 1. 36）,treatment group uterine bleeding disappear completely time is（3. 17 ± 0. 85）d,control group total time for drug treatment（10. 74 ± 1. 72）d,treatment group total time for drug treatment（7. 31 ± 1. 48）d,uterine bleeding treatment group performance completely disappear time and total time drug treatment significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0. 05）. The control group,effective rate was 69. 5% in treatment group effective rate was 69. 5%,two groups of comparison,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Treatment group drug causes the incidence of adverse reactions was 2. 8%,the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 22. 2% is similar between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：the application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment in patients with uterine bleeding after medical abortion clinical effect is obvious.
