葛根芩连五炭汤治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察葛根芩连五炭汤治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例,治疗组给予葛根芩连五炭汤口服及灌肠,对照组予以柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗,观察两组患者治疗后中医症状积分、肠黏膜病变活动指数积分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组中医证候积分为(4.78±2.67)分,与对照组(7.66±2.82)分比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组、对照组治疗前肠黏膜活动指数积分分别为(6.75±1.23)分、(6.67±1.18)分,治疗后分别为(1.05±0.27)分、(2.78±0.34)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率90.00%,对照组有效率73.33%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葛根芩连五炭汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。Objective：To observer the therapeutic effect of Gegen Jinlian Wutan soup in the treatment of active ulcerative colitis. Meth-ods：120 cases with ulcerative colitis were divided into the treatment group and the control randomly,60 cases of each group. The treat-ment group was given Gegen Qinlian Wutan soup for oral administration and enema. The control group was given Sulfasalazine Enteric-Coated Tablets. Observe the TCM symptom integral,intestines pathological changes and clinical effect. Results：The TCM symptom inte-gral was（4.78 ±2.67）in treatment group and（7.66 ±2.82）in control group after treatment,the difference was significance（P〈0. 05）. The exponential integral of intestinal mucosa was（6. 75 ± 1. 23）in treatment group and（6. 67 ± 1. 18）in control group before treatment. The exponential integral of intestinal mucosa was（1. 05 ± 0. 27）in treatment group and（2. 78 ± 0. 34）in control group after treatment. The effective rate was 90. 00% in treatment group and 73. 33% in control group. The difference was significance（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Gegen Jinlian Wutan soup has obvious effect on ulcerative colitis.
