龙牡汤治疗特应性皮炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨龙牡汤治疗特应性皮炎(血虚风燥证)的临床疗效。方法:选取特应性皮炎(血虚风燥证)患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组给予龙牡汤内服加外洗,对照组给予氯雷他定片口服加丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外涂,两组疗程均为8周。观察记录指标包括:症状评分、生活质量评分、不良反应及复发情况等,评价有效率。结果:两组治疗后症状和生活质量评分均优于治疗前,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗第8周两组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组复发率及复发风险明显低于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:龙牡汤治疗特应性皮炎(血虚风燥证),可有效降低复发风险。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Longmu soup （blood deficiency-wind dryness type）in the treatment of atopic der- matitis. Methods ：80 cases of patients with atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The observation group was given Longmu soup, oral and washed. The control group was given Loratadine Tablets with Hydro- cortisone Butyrate Cream,8 weeks as one course. Observation indexes include： symptom score,life quality score,adverse reactions and relapse, evaluate the total effective rate. Results ： The symptoms and life quality scores of two groups after treatment were better than be- fore treatment with significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treat- ment （P 〉 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The recurrence rate and recurrence risk of observation group were lower than that of control group with significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Longmu soup in the treatment of atopic dermatitis can effectively reduce the recurrence risk.
