通气散合泽泻汤加减治疗分泌性中耳炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨通气散合泽泻汤治疗饮停中耳型分泌性中耳炎临床疗效。方法:将70例分泌性中耳炎患者随机分为两组,各35例,治疗组应用通气散合泽泻汤加减口服,对照组采取鼓膜穿刺术、置管术、或合并腺样体切除术,外用鼻腔黏膜收缩剂治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为88.57%,对照组有效率为62.85%。两组患者有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通气散合泽泻汤加减治疗饮停中耳型分泌性中耳炎临床效果显著。Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of Tongqi Sanhe Zexie Soup combined with Shichangpu in the treatment of se-cretory otitis media. Methods：Patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Flavored Tongqi Sanhe Zexie Soup and the control group was treated with tympanic membrane puncture and catheter,or combined with adenoidectomy and topical nasal mucosa contraction agent. Results：The effective rate was 89. 6% in treatment group and 67. 1% in control group. Compared the effect of two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Tongqi Sanhe Zexie Soup com-bined with Shichangpu in the treatment of secretory otitis media has remarkable clinical effect.
