化浊通脉散对ASO家兔ICAM-1指标表达的影响

摘　　要：目的研究化浊通脉散对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)家兔的动脉硬化斑块中细胞间粘附分子(ICAM-1)指标表达的影响。方法纯种新西兰雄性白兔50只,随机分为5组,每组10只:正常组(A组)、模型组(B组)、化浊通脉散组(C组)、西洛他唑组(D组)、通塞脉片组(E组),予高脂饮食及股动脉球囊扩张术建立ASO家兔模型,应用实时荧光定量PCR检测技术,测定药物干预后ICAM-1 mRNA在家兔股动脉标本中的相对表达量。结果化浊通脉散可以显著降低动脉硬化斑块中ICAM-1阳性的表达率(P<0.01)。结论化浊通脉散具有保护动脉血管内膜、防治动脉硬化闭塞症发生的作用。Objective To study the effect of huazhuo tongmai powder on the expression of ICAM-1 of ASO rabbit.Methods 50 purebred male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups：the normal group （group A,n =10）,model group （group B,n =10）,Huazhuo tongmai powder group （group C,n =10）,Cilostazol group （group D,n =10）,Tongsaimai piece group（group E,n =10）.ASO rabbit model was established by the high-fat diet and the femoral artery balloon angioplasty.After medication intervention,the rabbit femoral artery specimens＇ ICAM-1 relative expression was determined using real-time PCR technology.Results Huazhuo tongmai power can significantly reduce the expression of ICAM-1-positive rate in atherosclerosis （P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion Huazhuo tongmai powder can protect arterial intima and prevent the arteriosclerosis obliterans.
