摘　　要：目的探讨利福平与硝苯地平的药物相互作用及作用机制。方法临床药师通过查阅病历资料及相关文献,对1例伴高血压的肺结核病例的用药问题进行分析。结果利福平可引起硝苯地平血药浓度降低,可能与利福平对CYP3A4的诱导作用有关。结论临床医师应该加强对利福平药物相互作用的观察和研究,以促进抗结核药物的合理应用。Objective To explore the drug interaction between rifampicin and nifedipine and discuss the mechanism.Methods Clinical pharmacist analyzed the medication of a tuberculosis patient with hypertension by searching the record and related literatures.Results Rifampicin could decrease the serum concentration of nifedipine by the inductive effect on hepatic CYP3A4 enzymes.Conclusion Clinician should pay more attention to drug interaction between rifampicin and other drugs,to promote the rational use of anti-TB drugs.
