摘 要:油田抽油机用感应电机在周期性变工况条件下运行,具有很大的节能潜力。采用断续供电控制方法进行节能研究,用快速软投入技术来解决断电后重投入带来的冲击电流以及相应的损耗。仿真证明了此方法的有效性。对周期性变工况条件下的感应电机总损耗进行了重新划分,得到总损耗最小时的最优电压曲线。将断续供电控制和最优调压相结合,并对包括传统星接、星接和断续供电相结合的几种节能途径进行了综合分析和比较,证明断续供电控制和最优调压相结合的综合节能方法可以获得更好的节能效果。The induction motor used by pumping unit of oil field has a great potential for energy saving under the condition of the periodic load operation. This paper researched energy-saving of the intermittent power supply control method, and put forward the rapid soft re-switching technology to solve the impact of current and the corresponding loss with the re-switching, the validity of this method is proved by the simulation. Redrawing the total loss of induction motor under variable running condition and get the optimal voltage curve. The paper combines intermittent power supply control and optimal regulating-voltage, it can get better energy-saving effect through analysis and comparison of several energy-saving ways.
