摘 要:采用传统的空间矢量调制方法时,矩阵变换器驱动感应电机在起动过程中会产生大的定子电流,由于矩阵变换器输入端与输出端通过器件直接连接,导致输入电流对电网造成冲击。为获得引起该问题的原因,从能量守恒、占空比和调制开关矩阵三个方面对输入电流和输出电流之间的关系进行了分析。在此基础上,提出一种改进的调制策略:采用输出电流与输入电流计算调制比。可视为一种间接的输出电流闭环控制,起动时限制了定子电流,使得起动电流明显减小,输入电流对电网的冲击得到明显降低。仿真与试验结果证明了所进行的理论分析与所提调制策略是正确可行的。Induction motor driven by matrix convert will produce big stator current in the startup of the induction motor when traditional space vector modulation strategy is used to matrix converter. The reason is that output side and input side of matrix converter directly connect to each other by using IGBT, leading to power grid current shocked by input current. To obtain the reason for it, the relations between input current and output current were analyzed from the viewpoint of input and output energy equivalent and switch duty ratio and modulation switch matrix. Based on this, an improved modulation method was put forward: modulation ratio is calculated by using input current and output current. The proposed method can be regarded as an indirect output current closed-loop control, the stator current is restrained when the motor starts up, which decreases the startup current and reduces the shocking of input current to power grid. The simulation and experimental results verify that the theory analysis and the proposed method are all right and feasible.
