摘 要:高压大容量异步电动机在额定电压下直接起动时,会产生较大的电流冲击和转矩冲击,影响电网的稳定性,导致电动机本身和同网其他设备不能正常运行。对各种常见异步电动机软起动器的工作原理和特性进行了阐述,并比较了在高压大容量电机软起动领域的优缺点和适用性。对软起动器控制策略进行了简要介绍,分析了各种控制策略的适用范围。The starting current of high voltage and large capacity induction motor is very large when the motor is started directly under rated voltage. The large starting current will have an influence on the stability of power grid and result in abnormal operation of other equipment in the same network and the motor itself. Several popular soft-starters of induction motor were presented. The characteristics and applicability of these soft-starters in the field of high voltage induction motor were compared. Some control strategies of soft-starter were described briefly. The principle and characteristics of control strategies were analyzed.
