小儿肠套叠彩色多普勒超声诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查诊断小儿肠套叠的临床价值。方法对2011年10月至2014年2月深圳市沙井人民医院收治的小儿肠套叠患者20例进行超声检查,并进行诊断分析。结果超声对小儿肠套叠有极高的诊断价值,声像图比较特异,横断面呈同心圆征,纵切面呈套筒征,彩色多普勒超声检查可了解肠道血供情况,为复位方式的临床选择提供依据。结论彩色多普勒超声检查在小儿肠套叠诊断中起着重要的作用,可作为小儿肠套叠的诊断方法之一。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of pediatric intussusception. Methods The uhrasound examination was performed in 20 cases of pediatric intussusception. The ultrasonography results were analyzed. Results Ultrasound showed a high diagnostic significance for pediatric intussusception. It had specific images, in which ultrasonography showed a sign of concentric rings in cross section, and a sleeve sign in longitudinal section. It could also be used to estimate the blood supply in intestines with color Doppler ultrasound, and provide the clinical basis for reduction. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound plays an important role in the diagnosis of pediatric intussusception. It can be used as one of the diagnostic methods.
