摘  要:光伏发电具有典型的波动性和间歇性,大规模并网应用危及电网的稳定运行,引入储能可有效平滑并网功率,降低光伏并网对电网的影响。配置储能需要考虑长期的光伏出力情况并顾及光伏并网要求。依据光伏并网国家标准设定了功率平抑目标,设计了一种改进型的储能配置方法。该方法遍历全年的光伏出力情况并采用基于低通滤波算法和概率统计相结合的计算方法,选取了满足全年功率平抑需求的时间常数;分析得出了储能参数的计算公式,进而可获得储能容量和储能功率的配置定额,可满足光伏电站每天的功率平抑需求,提高光伏电站被电网接纳的能力。算例分析验证了该方法的有效性可行性,可为光伏电站的储能配置提供参考。The application of large-scale grid-connected PV power generation will imperil the stability of grid because of the intermittence and fluctuation of PV. Employing energy storage can smooth the grid-injected power effectively and reduce the influences on grid. The long-term behavior of PV and requirements for connecting PV are taken into account for storage configuration. The power stabilization target is set according to national standard, and an improved configuration method is designed. The annual PV output is traversed and a combination of low-pass filter algorithm and probability statistics is used, and the filter time constant meeting the demand of power stabilization throughout a year is selected. The formulas of storage parameters are obtained, and the storage capacity and storage power allocation quota can be calculated later. The improved method can achieved daily satisfactions of power stabilization and improve the ability of connecting PV power station to be accepted. Example analysis demonstrates the efficiency and feasibility of the method. The research results can provide reference for energy storage configuration of PV farms.
