摘 要:通过对砻谷机喂料器振动特性分析,得出在二次隔振系统下的动载荷幅值比关系式,并模拟仿真出对其各影响因子的三维网格图。针对原MLGQ36型胶辊砻谷机喂料器,依据粒子群优化算法的基本思想及其流程,设置算法的主要参数,编制相应的MATLAB优化程序,建立以动载荷幅值比为优化目标函数的方程式,对其进行群体智能优化,得出当频率比在0.9左右,质量比在0.8左右时,动载荷幅值比取极小值0.836 4,优化后的隔振参数使该喂料器传给机架的振动低、噪声小,且稳定性更好。Through the vibration characteristic analysis of Rubber Roller Husker Feeder, got the relational expression of dynamic load amplitude ratio from the secondary vibration isolation system, and simulated the 3D grid diagram of the various influencing factors to the relationship. To the original MLGQ36 type of Rubber Roller Husker Feeder, the main parameters were set up according to this algorithm and wrote the corresponding MATLAB optimization pro- gram according to the basic ideas and its process of PSO. The opti- mizing equation of objective function was established based on dy- namic load amplitude ratio. Through the swarm intdligence optimi- zation of this objective function, the optimizing parameters that the minimum of the dynamic load amplitude ratio is 0. 836 4, when the frequency ratio is about 0.9 and mass ratio is about 0.8, which make Rubber Roller Husker Vibrating Feeder to the frame of low vibra- tion, low noise and better stability.
