摘  要:随着我国长输油气管道里程的不断增长,杂散电流引起的管道腐蚀问题越来越被人们所关注。基于国内外杂散电流的研究成果,分析了杂散电流的腐蚀机理,介绍了常见的杂散电流干扰源及其可能造成的严重危害,阐述了油气管道杂散电流判据和常用的工程测试方法,总结了杂散电流防护措施。通过工程实例分析了油气管道杂散电流的判断、检测、排流改造及效果。通过对杂散电流进行研究分析,找出主要问题,探索解决方案,降低杂散电流影响。With the development of long‐distance pipeline ,the stray current corrosion of buried oil‐gas pipelines has received increasing attention . Based on the relevant references and documents ,the mechanism of stray current was analyzed ,and the common sources and harmful effect of stray current were introduced .The test method and criterion of stray current for buried pipelines were summarized .Two cases were presented to illustrate the detection and judgment methods ,as well as the reduction of stray current on buried oil‐gas pipelines .The research and a‐nalysis of stay current were beneficial for addressing of the main issues and solutions to decrease the stray current .
