摘 要:目的比较不同产区山茱萸果核中鞣质的含量。方法采用干酪素法,以磷钼戊酸为显色剂,没食子酸为对照品。结果鞣质0.001-0.01 mg·m L^-1与吸光度的线性关系良好(r=0.999);山茱萸果核中鞣质的含量以河南省的最高,陕西省的最低;浙江省及河南省的山茱萸果核中鞣质的含量相对稳定且含量较高,陕西省的山茱萸果核中鞣质的含量较低且不稳定。结论不同产区、同一产区不同单株的山茱萸果核中鞣质的含量差异显著。OBJECTIVE To compare content of tannin in Cornus officinalis fruit stone from the different areas. METHOD Gallic acid was used as standard to measure the content of tannin in Cornus officinalis fruit stone by the method of Casein. RESULTS The linear range of Gallic acid was 0. 001- 0. 1 mg·m L^- 1. The results showed that the content of tannin in Cornus officinalis fruit stone from Zhejiang and Henan Province was observably higher than those from Shaanxi province,it could be seen by the standard deviation and coefficient of variation that tannin content was relatively stable and higher in Zhejiang and Henan Province,the tannin content from Shaanxi province was relatively lower and meanwhile. CONCLUSION There are significant difference of content of tannin in cornus efficinalis fruit stone from the same area and different areas.
