葡萄糖注射液中氧的含量对三腔袋营养输液质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究葡萄糖注射液中氧的含量对三腔袋营养输液质量的影响。方法采用溶氧测定仪检测三个腔室的含氧量,用UV法和HPLC法对三腔袋营养输液的质量进行考察。结果葡萄糖注射液中氧的含量应<5 mg·L-1,当氧的含量<2mg·L-1时,对改善氨基酸注射液的性状和透光率,降低脂肪乳注射液的溶血磷脂、过氧化值和甲氧基苯胺值等关键指标有积极作用。结论三腔袋营养输液中葡萄糖注射液需严格控制氧含量。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of oxygen content in the Glucose injection on the quality of three- compartment bags nutrition infusion during storage. METHODS The oxygen content was detected by dissolved oxygen analyzer,and the quality of three- compartment bags nutrition infusion was analyzed by UV and HPLC. RESULTS The oxygen content of Glucose injection was less than 5 mg·L^- 1,optimally less than 2 mg·L^- 1,could actively improve praits and light transmittance of amino acids injection,and reduce lysophosphatidylcholine,peroxide value and methoxyaniline value of fat emulsion injection. CONCLUSION The oxygen content in Glucose injection of three- compartment bags nutrition infusion can be controlled strictly.
