摘 要:目的观察离体培养的大鼠肠道内细菌对曲克芦丁的代谢情况。方法将曲克芦丁加入大鼠肠菌培养液中,于37℃下厌氧培养,用HPLC法检测肠道菌群对曲克芦丁的代谢情况。结果曲克芦丁0.1-80μg·m L^-1与峰面比值的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),在大鼠肠道细菌作用下于24h内基本代谢完全。结论所用方法简便可靠,可用于曲克芦丁的代谢研究。OBJECTIVE To study on the metabolism of troxerutin by intestinal bacteria of the rat in vitro. METHODS The rat intestinal bacteria was cultured in vitro. Troxerutin was put into the incubated buffer under the anaerobic environment at 37 ℃. An HPLC method was used to detect the metabolism of troxerutin by intestinal bacteria. RESULTS The linear range of troxerutin was good in 0. 1- 80 μg·m L^- 1( r = 0. 9999). Troxerutin was metabolised by intestinal bacteria of rat and was almost metabolised fully in24 h. CONCLUSION This method is simple and reliable for the determination of troxerutin and its metabolites.
