摘　　要：目的采用超高效液相色谱法（UPLC）快速测定罗红霉素胶囊的含量。方法采用Poroshell 120 SB-C18色谱柱（100mm×4.6 mm,2.7μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.067 mol·L^-1磷酸二氢铵溶液（三乙胺调p H6.5）（45∶55）,流速为1.5 m L·min^-1,检测波长为210 nm,柱温30℃。结果罗红霉素0.6026-1.4060 mg·m L^-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r2=0.9999）,平均回收率为99.68%,RSD=0.8%（n=9）。结论所用方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于罗红霉素胶囊的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish a UPLC method for content determination of Roxithromycin capsules. METHODS The separation was performed on Poroshell 120 SB- C18column（ 100 mm × 4. 6 mm,2. 7 μm）. The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0. 067mol·L^- 1 ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution（ adjusted p H to 6. 5 by triethylamine）（ 45∶55）. The flow rate was 1. 5 m L·min^- 1 with the detection wavelength of 210 nm,and the column temperature of 30 ℃. RESULTS The liner range was 0. 6026- 1. 4060 mg·m L^- 1（ r = 0. 9999）,the recovery was 99. 68% with the RSD of 0. 8%（ n = 9）. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,and selective for the determination of the content of Roxithromycin capsules.
