摘 要:近年来,深层搅拌法防渗技术在水利水电工程建设项目中应用较多,但其易受地层适应性及施工深度的限制。文中通过研究深层搅拌法和高压旋喷(摆喷)防渗技术两种工艺在地层适应性、工艺及设备等方面的差异性,并结合工程实际情况,经对深层搅拌桩机的完善改进,总结形成了一套深层搅拌法联合高压旋喷法施工技术。该技术不但能有效解决部分特殊地层区域内采用深层搅拌无法施工地下连续墙的问题,而且具有施工速度快、无渗水盲区、工程质量高、劳动强度低、材料消耗少、施工速度快、工程造价低等优点。In recent years ,the deep-agitation anti-seepage technique has been usually used in hydraulic and hydroelectric proiect.But it is easy to suffer restriction of foundation strata adaptability and construction depth.In this paper,through analyzing the difference of strata adaptability,technique and equipment between the deep- agitation method and high-pressure rotation/swing grouting method ,in combination with the actual engineering situation, and by means of improving the deep- agitation machine, a kind of new construction technique of combining the deep agitation method with the high- pressure rotation grouting method has been formed.Not only can this technique effectively solve the problem that in some special strata regions the deep- agitation method can't construct the underground diaphragm wall, but also it has a set of advantages such as fast construction speed, not having seepage region, high engineering quality, low labour intensity, less material consumption and lower engineering cost.
