摘　　要：本文分析了手术室器械集中供应管理的优势及磨合期存在的问题并制定相应解决措施。实施微创手术器械集中供应管理能够保证消毒灭菌质量,提高消毒供应中心护理队伍的专业技能水平和科间合作技巧。The advantages of centralized supply management on the minimally invasive surgical equipment and the problems exist in the running-in period are analyzed, and corresponding measures to solve these problems are formulated in this paper. The centralized supply management on minimally invasive surgical equipment can ensure the quality of disinfection and sterilization, thus improving the professional skills of the nursing team in central sterile supplies department and enhancing the cooperations skills among departments.
