摘　　要：我院通过竞争性谈判采购非标类耗材,达到了有效控制交易价格,促进采购管理工作规范化,减少了资源投入。With the application of competitive negotiation for non-bidding consumables purchasing in our hospital, the dealing prices are controlled effectively and the standardization of purchasing management is promoted, thus reducing the input of resources.
