摘　　要：目前医疗设备检查预约时间已成为我市三甲医院医疗效率提升的瓶颈。从设备管理角度,加强医疗设备绩效评价工作,从评价结果中寻找预约时间长的原因,并针对可控问题加以干预,可有效降低预约时间,促进医疗效率的提升。本文通过我院降低骨密度仪检查预约时间的实例,探讨医疗设备绩效评价体系的建立,以及在预约时间管理中发挥的作用。At present, a long appointment time for medical examinations has become the bottleneck for the efficiency promotion in third grade class A hospitals in Beijing. From the prospective of equipment management, we enhanced the performance evaluation of medical equipment, found out the reasons for the long appointment time and took measures to deal with some controllable problems so as to shorten the appointment time and improve the efficiency. Based on the example of shortening the appointment time for bone density measuring in our hospital, the establishment of medical equipment performance evaluation system and the effect of the system in appointment time management are introduced in this paper.
