OmniPro I’ mRT分析软件与平板式扫描仪在螺旋断层放疗计划验证中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨OmniPro I’ mRT分析软件(OI)与平板式RGB扫描仪(FS)在螺旋断层放疗计划验证中的应用价值。方法随机抽取12例螺旋断层放疗计划,将GAFchromic EBT3自显影胶片置于Cheese Phantom模体中进行照射以获取冠状面剂量分布,采用γ分析法对OI+FS方案、螺旋断层放疗计划(Tomo PS)DQA分析软件+Vidar胶片数字化仪(VidarFD)方案进行比较分析。结果 TomoPS+VidarFD方案的平均通过率为(97.32%±1.16%),OI+FS方案的平均通过率为(96.40%±1.01%),两者通过率均较高;Pearson相关性分析显示两组数据具有极强相关性(r=0.919,P<0.05)。结论 OmniPro I’ mRT分析软件配合平板RGB扫描仪可作为螺旋断层放疗计划验证的手段。Objective To investigate the application value of OmniPro I’mRT （OI）＋RGB fiatbed scanner （FS） in the verification of helical tomotherapy （HT） plans.Methods 12 HT plans were randomly selected, and GAFchromic EBT3 films placed in CheesePhantom were irradiated to obtain the coronal plane dose distribution. Then the γanalysis was used in comparing and analyzing the verification effects of OI＋FS program and the tomo planning station （TomoPS） DQA analysis software＋ Vidar film digitizer （VidarFD） program.ResuItsThe average pass rate of TomoPS＋VidarFD program was （97.32%±1.16%）, while that of OI＋FS program was （96.40%±1.01 %）, which indicated that the average pass rates of the two programs were high. The Pearson correlation analysis results showed that the verification data of OI＋FS program was closely related to that of TomoPS＋VidarFD program （r=0.919,P〈0.05）. ConcIusionOmniPro I ‘mRT analysis software combined with RGB fiated scanner can be used as a method in verifying the HT plans.
