公共性研究的生态维度

摘　　要：20世纪科学技术的进步促成了几千年来所形成的人类生存基础的根本性改变。核武器的开发利用,航空技术的发展,网络虚拟空间的诞生,特别是克隆技术的出现、开发和利用,提升了人类自身发展的空间,也是以破坏生态环境平衡和摧毁人类生存安全为代价的。走出现代环境发展的公共性困境,克服生态危机,要在分析生态公共性的基础上寻求出路,培育生态公共精神,以强大的综合国力为保障推动生态文明发展。The progress of science and technology in the 20th century fundamentally changes the thou‐sands of years of human existence basis .The development and utilization of nuclear weapons ,the develop‐ment of aviation technology ,the birth of the netw ork virtual space ,especially the emergence of cloning tech‐nology and its development and utilization have improved the infinite space of human development ,at the ex‐pense of destroying the ecological environment balance and the security of human existence .We should over‐come the ecological crisis ,find an outlet on the basis of analyzing the ecological publicity ,cultivate ecological public spirit ,in order to ensure the development of ecological civilization with strong comprehensive national strength .
