摘　　要：现代企业的智力资本管理与信息化是互相关联、互相促进的.通过文献要览,认为信息化与智力资本是提升企业核心竞争力的两大战略资源,二者可从企业资源观的角度进行有机融合.智力资本管理与信息化建设之间存有内在相关性,它们的有机结合在提升企业可持续核心竞争力中具有现实意义和作用.Intellectual capital management and informationization are related with each other and promote each other in modern enterprises. Through the review of relevant literature, It is suggested that the intellectual capital and informationization are two strategic resources to enhance the competitive advantage of companies based on the related literature review. Both can make organic integration from resources-based view angle. Moreover, the paper discussed the relationship between them, and explained the meaning and the function.
