摘　　要：就业是残疾人回归社会的首要途径。文章基于生态系统论的观点,立足实证研究资料,从就业需求、就业能力和就业资源三个方面考察了农村残疾人的就业状况,并从评估需求、提升能力和整合资源三个方面探索建构农村残疾人就业公共服务体系的基本路径。Employment is the primary way for disabled people to return the society. In this paper,from the perspective of ecological system theory,based on the empirical study concerning the employment situation of rural disabled people,it investigates＂maladaptive＂problems from three aspects of employmental needs,employmental ability and employmental resources,and makes explorations on constructing the public employment service system of rural disabled people from three aspects of assessing needs,improving ability and integrating resources.
