摘 要:旅游危机事件网络舆情的发生机理是指旅游危机事件何以引发媒体和网民关注、成为网络舆情热点的内在特征与逻辑规律,是旅游危机事件网络舆情研究的基础性问题。文章在对研究文献进行评述,总结危机事件网络舆情发生机理的研究方法、界定相关概念的基础上,采用多案例研究、网络文本分析和数理统计方法,对386个典型案例进行实证分析,归纳出旅游危机事件网络舆情发生的影响因素,建构了网络舆情发生的作用模型,并针对旅游危机事件网络舆情的预防与管理提出了相关的对策及建议。The occurrence mechanism of network public opinion about tourism crisis event refers to the intrinsic characteristics and logic law s describing how tourism crisis event attracts the attention of media and network users and becomes a hotspot of network public opinion .It is one of fundamental is‐sues of the researches on network public opinion about tourism crisis event .In this paper ,the rele‐vant research literature is reviewed ,the research methods are summarized and the relevant concepts are defined .On this basis ,by using multiple case studies ,network text analysis and mathematical statistics method ,the empirical analysis of 386 typical cases are conducted .Then the factors trigge‐ring network public opinion about tourism crisis event are summarized ,the effect model of the occur‐rence of network public opinion about tourism crisis event is established ,and some suggestions for the prevention and management in this respect are put forward .
