摘 要:日本、韩国是我国对外劳务合作中输出劳工较多的两个国家,两国的外国劳工制度各具特色。两国在外国劳工制度的含义、外国劳工的主要来源国、外国劳工的工作流向、外国劳工入境后的管理等方面存在相同之处;在外国劳工制度的历史、外国劳工的接收流程、外国劳工的接收规模、外国劳工的就业时间等方面存在不同之处。我国应针对日、韩外国劳工制度的特点确立应对策略。Japan and South Korea are the two countries into which China outputs more labors in the foreign labor service cooperation ,and the foreign labor system of each of the two countries has its own characteristics .The two countries are similar in some respects such as the meaning of foreign labor system ,the main sources of foreign workers ,the workplace of foreign workers and the management after the entry of foreign workers .But the difference can be found between them in view of the history of foreign labor system ,the process and scale of receiving foreign workers and the employment time of foreign workers .Therefore ,the specific strategies should be established in China according to the characteristics of foreign labor system of Japan and South Korea .
