摘　　要：某型护栏清洗车原控制系统采用普通开关和继电逻辑电路控制,操作较为复杂,自控能力较差,系统可靠性较低。为改善上述不足,研发护栏清洗车新型控制系统。该系统以E C C控制器为核心,以C C S 3.0软件为开发环境,采用C A N总线通信技术将车辆工作状态信息传送至车载显示器进行直观地显示,通过操纵控制手柄来实现护栏清洗车前臂和侧臂的目标动作。该新型控制系统可提高护栏清洗车的自动化程度,操作性好,可靠性高,能够降低驾驶员的劳动强度,提高清洗工作效率,具有较强的通用性,在其他车载控制系统中也可推广应用。Facing points left to be desired with the control system in a used guide rail cleaning vehicle, an research and development job has been done to renew the control system there. The system is centered on an ECC controller with CCS3.0 software as the development surroundings, and by adapting CAN bus communication to have turned the vehicle's information under job-doing to be connected to the displayer on board for direct-viewing, while the vehicle's front and side arms are to be controlled with handles. Therefore, the new control system has got advantages in automation, good operational capability, and high reliability, while lowering labor strength of the operator, higher cleaning efficiency, and stronger commonality that it can be adapted to other on-board control systems.
