摘  要:介绍熔融沉积快速成型技术的基本原理、特点及其在工程机械关键零部件研发中的应用。以某装载机减速器中的伞齿轮为例,制定熔融沉积快速成型工艺的工作流程,并通过快速成型机加工出伞齿轮实物模型。经检验,模型尺寸精确,外形美观,表面光洁度较高,能够用于后续的试验研究,认为熔融沉积成型技术应用于工程机械关键零部件研发,具有可行性。What is quick fusion-deposit and forming to make parts for working machines? The text introduces the process' s basic principles, features and how to use to make key parts for working machines in a research and development phase. An instance was taken of bevel wheels in a loader's transmission which had to formulate an operational procedure there-for before outcome of a finished actual model thereof. Such a case, after check and tests the model presents precise dimensions, nice outlook, high surface finish, and could be used for further tests and studies, and was recognized that such a tech was feasible for developing working machines critical parts.
