摘  要:对大型挖掘机失效支重轮的轮体外形几何尺寸进行实测,查出失效部位;对轮体失效部位作理化分析,从材料和热处理方面分析失效原因;再根据大型挖掘机的使用工况,对其支重轮做针对性分析研究,就轮体损坏部位从改进结构和通过改变热处理工艺提高材料性能两方面入手对轮体进行改进设计,解决了支重轮轨道面变形、开裂及掉块等失效问题。Trouble shooting at failed track roller bearing surface. For trouble shooting the crawler belt rollers profile dimensions were actually measured to have found the failure positions, before analyzing the trouble physically and chemically, in terms of materials property and the heat treatment done thereto in order to find out the trouble causes. And finally, the structural mechanism as well as heat treatment, and the materials used thereto, were put into redesign and improvements, thus remedying deformation, cracks and breaking down of the crawler rollers.
