筛网式沉沙排沙过滤池在河水滴灌中的实验研究

摘  要:筛网式圆形沉沙排沙池是一个新型浑水泥沙分离装置,筛网式沉沙排沙过滤池中筛网式滤槽与河水滴灌中泥沙处理相结合,可以在一定程度上满足滴灌用水的要求。滴灌用水对浑水中泥沙的标准为泥沙粒径不大于0.15mm。在滤槽底部加100目筛网,试验后发现,筛网式过滤槽的过滤效果,反冲洗效果,过水流量均较理想,而且反冲洗之后,垫层料的泥沙含量在在4%左右,达到设计要求。通过试验发现,过滤槽的滤沙满足滴灌要求,反冲洗效果达到持续使用的要求。因此,与一般的滤沙装置相比,本装置用于滴灌,可以省去部分电力,因此可以达到节能减排、环保的泥沙过滤的目的。The circular ring pond of desilting filters is a kind of new device to separate sand from muddy water .The application of the circular ring pond of desilting filters into drip irrigation can solve a lot of problems about water demand .The particle size of the sand is not bigger than 0 .15 mm in the water used in the drip irrigation .100 mesh sieve was put at the bottom of the filter tank ,after the experiment ,we found that the result of filtering ,backwash and water flow were ideal .After backwashing ,the sediment content of filter material was within 4% ,so it met the design requirements .Through the study we found that ,the sand filter of the filter tank met the demand of drip irrigation ,backwash effect meets the requirement of continuous use .Therefore ,compared with general sand filter device ,this device used for drip irrigation can save more electricity ,so it can achieve energy conservation and emission reduction ,and meet the requirements of environment protection .
