摘 要:随着我国经济的发展,蓄滞洪区内不断进行开发利用,洪灾造成的生命与财产损失越来越严重,对滞洪区的调度运用就显得至关重要。建立蓄滞洪区一二维多口门衔接的洪水演进数学模型,根据1956年洪水资料,应用此模型对永定河泛区洪水演进过程进行模拟计算,通过计算对泛区的代表位置的水位和进行了验证。验证结果表明计算值与调查值吻合较好,同时模型对不同来流情况进行数值模拟,通过模拟得到泛区内分洪口门水位启用时间、淹没情况等信息。从而为泛区的防洪调度提供理论依据。With the economic development and the utilization of flood detention areas ,the loss of life and property becomes increasingly serious .The operation of flood detention areas is vitally important ..This paper establishes a flood routing numerical model linked up by 1-D and 2-D at muti-entrance .Based on 1956 flood data ,it simulates the flood routing of Yongding River flood plains through the calculation ,the water level of representative sites and the starting time of flood gates are tested .The test results show that the calculated values are in good agreement with the investigated ones .At the same time ,different flood stages are simulated , and the starting time of flood gates and other submerged information are obtained to provide a theoretical basis for the flood control scheduling of the flood plains .
