摘 要:以PH4CV×PHB1M为基础材料,自交形成S0、S1、S2、S34个世代。利用高频诱导系"JS6"对4个世代进行单倍体诱导。结果表明,S0、S1世代诱导率较高,诱导率分别为11.98%、11.23%。利用秋水仙素采取浸芽处理不同自交后代产生单倍体种子,影响加倍率的主要因素是秋水仙素浓度,不同浓度秋水仙素对单倍体加倍率显著不同,0.06%的秋水仙素加倍率最高,为20.91%;不同自交后代的单倍体加倍率无明显差异,但秋水仙素与自交后代存在互作效应。将4个不同自交后代的20个DH系与5个测验种形成的双列杂交结果表明,S0世代产生的DH系的一般配合力均值较低;S2和S3世代DH系产量配合力变幅相近,一般配合力较高。S2代是诱导产生DH系的最佳世代。The rate of induction by the same inducer JS6 induced the same bases of different inter-generation survey results showed that, S0 and S1 had high haploid induced rate, hybrid inducement were 11.98% and 11.23 %, respectively. Maize haploids used in the research were induced from different generations, doubling drug was colchi- cine, haploids by bud soaking. The results showed that the major factor which affected doubling rate was the concen- tration of colchicine. Colchicine 0.06% had the highest haploid doubling rate than the other concentration. The dif- ferent generations in doubling rate did not had significantly different except that the interaction effects between two factors had significantly different. There were 100 cross combinations were made on 20 DH system of different gen- eration and 5 testers by complete design. The results indicated that the best range of the combination ability in the $2 generation DH systems. The range of the yield per plant characters combination ability was similar in the S2 and S3 generation DH systems. The generally combination ability and the special combination ability of hybrid were high in the S2 and S3.Comprehensive factors,S2 was the best generation which induce DH system.
