摘  要:目的探讨护理干预对轻中度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者空腹、餐后2小时血糖及糖化血红蛋白影响。方法选择2010年1月至2012年12月在我院特诊病房住院患者并确诊轻中度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者60例,通过护理干预,对比前后空腹、餐后2小时血糖及糖化血红蛋白的变化。结果护理干预前空腹血糖为(8.47±1.21),餐后2小时血糖(8.62±1.01),糖化血红蛋白(6.98±0.59);干预后为空腹血糖(5.52±0.77),餐后2小时血糖(6.01±0.83)糖化血红蛋白(5.60±0.35)存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论通过护理干预,可改善阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征引起的低氧血症从而改善血糖,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention onblood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin fasting and postprandial 2 hoursin patients with mild - to - moderate obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. Methods Totally60 patients who were diagnosed as mild - to - moderate obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in our hospital during January 2010 to December 2012 were enrolled in this study. Exerted nursing intervention and comparedthe changes patient's blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin fasting and postprandial 2 hours. Results Before nursing intervention, fasting glucose was 8.47 ± 1.21, postprandialblood glucose was8.62 ± 1.01, glycosylated hemoglobin was 6.98 ± 0.59. After the intervention, fasting glucose was , blood sugar was 5.52 ± 0.77, postprandial blood glucose was 6.01 ± 0.83 and glycated hemoglobin was 5.60 ± 0.35, there were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Nursing intervention can improve the hypoxemia caused by obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and improve blood glucose, finally improve life quality of patient.
