摘　　要：目的探讨中毒性表皮松解症(TEN)患者合并高血压的有效护理。方法收治1例由于药物引起的中毒性表皮松解症的患者。采取综合治疗措施:给予激素、免疫抑制剂、抗菌素、抗过敏、纠正电解质、控制血压、加强营养等对症治疗。精心护理预防和控制感染,皮肤护理,黏膜护理,密切观察病情变化,饮食护理,心理护理及出院指导等护理措施。结果患者经过27天的综合治疗和精心护理,病情由危重逐渐好转至治愈出院。结论中毒性表皮松解症早期临床表现与重症多行红斑相似,应与其鉴别诊断,但早期的诊断、及时的治疗、精心的护理对提高患者治愈率、减少死亡率尤为重要。Objective To investigate the effective nursing for patients suffered from toxic epidermal necrolysis （TEN） combined with hypertension. Methods 1 case of drug induced toxic epidermal necrolysis patient was enrolled. Take a comprehensive treatment measures： give hormone, immune -suppressants, antibiotics, anti - allergic treatment, correction of electrolyte, blood pressure control, nutrition and other symptomatic treatment. Carefully nursing to prevent and control the incidence of infection, skin care, mucosa nursing, closely observe changes in condition, diet nursing, psychological nursing and other nursing measures. Results After been comprehensivetreatedfor 27 days, the critical conditiongradually improved untilthe patient was cured. Conclusions Early clinical features of toxic epidermal necrolysiswas similar to multiple rows of erythema, doctors should antidiastole. Moreover, early diagnosis, timely treatment and careful nursing are important for improve the cure rate and reduce the mortality.
